The Citizen does not have in-unit washers and dryers, but does have two onsite laundry rooms.
What features are included in the apartments?
Apartments may include air conditioning, heating, microwave, oven, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, and recently renovated units with new stainless steel appliances, new floors, paint/accent walls, AC units, bathroom fixtures, and light fixtures.
What are the community amenities?
All bills paid, fitness center, computer lab, lounge area, and dog park.
Leasing & Application Questions
How do I apply for an apartment?
Applications must be completed in person in the leasing office, and applicants will need income verification and identification documents.
Do you offer tours?
Yes, tours may be available Monday through Friday from 10 AM - 5:30 PM. The office is closed on Saturday and Sunday.
What documents do I need to apply?
To apply for affordable housing, you'll need to fill out an application. Once that's complete, you may be required to provide additional documentation to help verify your eligibility. Applicable documents may include documentation with your SSN/birthdate and proof of income and assets, like paystubs or bank statements. If you have any of these items, please bring them to your leasing appointment and the leasing team will help answer any questions.
